AIM:
Learn German in up to 200 hours, identify potential, put in an internship in the company, make integration possible
تعلم اللغة اللألمانية في حدود الـ200 ساعة, إضافة إلى تحديد الإمكانيات و تسهيل عملية الإندماج من خلال وضع المشاركين ضمن الشركة فور قبولهم.
Measures:

This measure lasts 12 weeks, is divided into three phases and is carried out in 30 lessons per week. In a detailed interview, professional experiences and knowledge are analyzed. An activity profile is drawn up and the individual life situation assessed with regard to the labor market.
الإجراءات: تستمر هذه الإجراءات 12 أسبوعاً وتنقسم إلى ثلاث مراحل, إذ يتم تقديم ثلاثين درساً في الإسبوع. في مقابلاتٍ منفصلة يتم تحديد وتحليل الخبرات المهنية والمعرفية
• Phase 1 (four weeks):
It identifies the individual strengths, examines previous degrees and trains language, culture and mobility.
المرحلة الإولى (4 أسابيع): ويحدد من خلالها نقاط القوة الفردية, إذ تُفحص درجة تدريب اللغة و الثقافة و التنقل.
• Phase 2 testing during operation (six weeks):
The working day in a company is learned and abilities are tested.
المرحلة الثانية (6 أسابيع) الاختبار أثناء العمل: في أيام العمل يتم اختبار القدرات
• Phase 3 Application Training (two weeks):
Application documents are drawn up and the application process is trained.
المرحلة الثالثة (أسبوعان): تطبيق التدريب
• Registration is made through the Integration Point of the Arbeitsagentur at Grafenberger Allee 300. يتم التسجيل عن طريق نقطة التكامل و الاندماج في وكالة العمل
• Offer flyer in Arabic and English
